With the Republican primary just weeks away, the mother of Track Palin formally endorsed the father of Ivanka Trump this week, a move commended by staunch conservatives who were skeptical of Barack Obama in 2008 due to his unusual name.

You’ll recall that several conservatives declared the end of America as they knew it upon the election of Barack Hussein Obama. But the possibility of a Trump/Palin ticket, a proponent of more traditional American names like Bristol and Trig, is just the shot in the arm Barron Trump’s father’s campaign needed.

Meanwhile, the many Americans who still question the legitimacy of Obama’s citizenship due to his peculiar name, will have to hope Trump’s presidential campaign is more successful than those of the 2012 GOP frontrunners, Mitt and Newt.
