We don’t want you to miss today’s episode of the CAFE Insider Podcast. If you recently paid for CAFE Insider with PayPal and lost access unexpectedly, we want to help.
We apologize for the difficulty and have a simple two step solution. Note: you will of course not be charged twice.
1. If you have not already done so, please email email@example.com with the subject line ‘PayPal’ and simply confirm the email address associated with your account.
2. We will delete PayPal from your Insider Digital Wallet and respond to your email. You will then be able to resubscribe with the existing email and password on your account.
Again, you will not be charged twice. Any pending or ‘authorized’ charge on your PayPal account will not be processed.
We will also be offering you the ability to listen to the Insider Podcast via the app of your choice.
